4 cans (lg) fruit - peaches, strawberries, chrerries, etc. 3 gallons water 10 pounds sugar 4 lemons, cut in small peices 4 boxes (muskat) rasins 1 large cake household yeast Boil 3 gallons water for 5 min. in very large container and add sugar. Let cool completely. Add fruit, juice, lemon and yeast (dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water with 1 t. sugar). Stir every night at the same time for 7 days. Add raisins and stir once a week for 21 days. Drain and filter and put in gallon jugs let stand 7 to 10 days and put in quart bottles.
