Beer
Try this which is derivative from the ingredients in The Real Ale Drinkers Almanac by Roger Protz. According to Roger He has managed to at least wheedle out the ingredients if not the exact ratios from the manufacturer. 25 litres at 1.035 30 IBUs 3700g Pale malt 20g Black malt Mash above for 90 minutes at 65C sparge to collect 25 litres of wort then boil for 90 minutes with 29g Fuggles 21g Goldings 13g Whitbread Goldings, After 45 minutes add 120g Cane sugar (BLASPHEMER!!! :-) ) and for the final 15 Minutes 3g Northern brewer 5g Bramling cross 10g East Kent Goldings and dont forget 1tsp Irish moss ( rehydrated ) process in the usual way ( Infusion Mash At 155F For 90 Mins) and enjoy. Boddies certainly have a very unusual mix of hops in their beers. I got this list from The real ale drinkers almanac by Roger Protz Camra press sorry dont know the ISBN its not my book! But I think that the finishing hops could be altered. I certainly had difficulty in measuring those silly quantities, which is one of the reasons I brew in 10 Gallon batches. However my wife has just bought me some electronic scales accurate to 2g in 2000g so I look forward to greater consistancy in my brewing
