Ingredients:

#12 Gambrinus Pale Malt
#1.5 Carapils 1.5L
#1 Crystal Malt 77L

Strike Temp:
Target: 154 - Strike: 164 - Actual 152

Hops Schedule:
60m Centenial 1.5 oz @ 7.2AA
15m Fuggles 1 oz @ 6.0AA

Yeast: British Ale Wyeast

SP Grav - 1.062 @ 80 deg.

Fermentation Log:

12h - Slightly bubbling
36h - bubbling vigorously
5d - Bubbling slowing - 3 bubbles every 7 secs

Racked and added priming sugar in keg.

Results: very nice beer, maybe a little high in the tannins, which faded over time.
