1 lb 7 oz caramel 75L - Crystal 60L
12 oz Chocolate malt
7 oz smoked peat malt

Mash @ 152 with 4.4 Gallons at 162 Strike Temp

Rest 1 hour.  Mashout at 165. ph between 5.2 and 5.6

Hops Schedule:

1.55 oz columbus 15.5%AA 90 min
0.755 oz Columbus 15.5%AA 10 min
1.29 oz Columbus 15.5%AA 0 min

Yeast : WL001 CA Ale yeast 

Really excellent porter.  sat for 2 months in fridge really mellowed nicely. didn't oak this time, maybe next?
