Batch #013 - Cider

Bought 5 gallons of apple cider from Jullian. Measured 1.060 specific gravity.

Added 2 lbs corn sugar (priming sugar).

Pitched Wyeast Cider Yeast.

Bubbled vigorously for 5 days, a little of a slow starter, but really got going after a while.

Racked on 11/11/06 to secondary. Still bubbling a little after 2 days.

Added the proper amount of sugar and bottled. After 2 months in the bottle, the cider was nice and appley tasting, but kind of flat. probably added too much sugar initally.
