Single step Infusion at 151°F for 60 Minutes.
Fermented at 68°F with WLP002 - English Ale

Brewed 10/2/10

Brewing notes:

Mash target - 151 deg cooled to 150 after 1 hour.

Pitched yeast at 6pm at 68 deg

10/3/10 - Temp in fermenter rose to 73 deg overnight, added ice to water bath to cool back down.
