Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1-1/3 c water
3/4 c uncooked long-grained white rice
1/2 t onion powder
2 c fresh or frozen vegetables
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c cheddar cheese
Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder and vegetables in 9x13 pan. Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired. Cover and bake 375F for 45 minutes or until done. Top with cheese and serve.
