Cheesy Pita Crisps
2 whole wheat pita breads (6 inch diameter)
1/4 c reduced fat margarine, melted (I use butter)
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
3 T grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Split each pita into two rounds. Cut each round into four triangles,
place inside side up on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking
spray. In a bowl, combine margarine, garlic powder, onion powder,
salt and pepper. Stir in the parmesan cheese. Spread over triangles.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 400 for 12-15 minutes or until
golden brown.

(2 triangles = 95 calories, 5 g fat, 6 mg cholesterol, 264 mg sodium,
9 g carb, 4 g protein)
