Creamy Fruit Dip
1 pkg (8 oz) fat free cream cheese
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 c (8 oz) reduced fat sour cream
2 t vanilla extract
1 t lemon extract (Ive never used this because I dont have it!)
1 t cinnaomn
1 c milk (I used 1% because thats what we have on hand)
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the sour cream, extracts and cinnamon until smooth. Add milk,
mix well. Add pudding mix, beat on low speed for 2 min. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with fruit.

(1/4 c dip = 118 calories, 2 g fat, 21 g carb, 8 mg cholesterol, 211
mg sodium, 4 g protein)
