Mushroom Caps
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 c Parmesan cheese
4 T milk
1/2 t chopped garlic
4 T chopped onion
5 dashes hot sauce (or more!)
Salt and pepper
20 mushroom caps
Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic, onion, hot sauce, salt and pepper.

Put mushroom caps in baking pan with 1 T butter melted in bottom. Fill caps with cream cheese filling.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 350F for 15 minutes.
