Mushroom pesto
1 pkg. dried porcini
1 8-oz pkg. white button mushrooms
toasted walnuts
2 cloves garlic
salt and black pepper
1-2 T parsley
1/2 c parmesan
Soften porcini mushrooms in hot water. Drain. Proces porcini, button mushroooms, walnuts, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley in food processor until smooth. Stir in ~1/2 c Parmesan cheese.

Can freeze, but dont stir in Parm. until ready to serve.
