Raisin Bran Muffins
Bread
15 oz box Raisin Bran
1 qt. buttermilk
1/2c. veg. oil plus 1/4 c. applesauce
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs

5 c. flour
5 t. soda
2 t. salt
1/2 box raisins, if desired
In a large bowl combine the first five ingredients.

The mix together and stir in the flour, baking soda, salt and raisins.

Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before baking. Bake 375 for 15-20 min. Keep batter covered in refrigerator.....good for 6 weeks in refrig.
