Caramel Brownies
1 14-oz bag caramels
2/3 c half and half, divided into 2 parts
1 pkg. German chocolate cake
1/2 c melted butter
1 6-oz bag choc chips
Melt caramels with 1/3 c half and half until smooth.

Combine remaining cream and butter to cake mix. Batter will be stiff.

Spray 9x13 pan, spread half of cake mix in bottom of pan. Bake 350F for 7-9 minutes, until set.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on cake and pour the caramel mix on top.

Top with remaining cake. Bake 20-25 minutes.

COOL COMPLETELY, dust with powdered sugar...and serve with MILK!
