New York Style Cheesecake
1/3 C margarine or butter, melted
1 1/4 C grahm craker crumbs
4 - 8 oz pkgs. creame cheese, softened
1 - 14oz Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 eggs
1/3 C. unsifted flour
1 T almond extract
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Combine margarine, crumbs, and sugar; press firmly into bottom of 9" springform pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add milk beat until smooth. Add four, eggs and almond exract; mix well. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill. Granish with your favorite fruit or pie filling.
