Pie crust
For 8/9 inch pie or use () for double crust or 10 inch pan

1 1/2 (2) cup flour
3/4 (1) cup shortening
3/4 (1) t salt
Mix with fork. Add ice water to bind ingredients, about 3 T (1/4 c). Refrigerate or roll out on floured counter. Size to pie pan. Bake 375F for about 12 minutes.
