Sugar Coated Pecans
1 egg white
1 Tbsp water
1 lb pecans
1 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Beat egg white and water until fluffy. Put pecan halves in bowl and stir until coated. Set nuts aside. In anothe bowl combine sugar salt and cinnamon; Pour over pecans.

Butter oblong pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 300 F for one hour, stir every 15 minutes.
