Baked Hash Browns
Breakfast
2 lb hash browns
1 pt sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c shredded onion
2 c shredded cheese
salt + pepper
Mix and bake 30 minutes ant 350 F in well greased 9x13 pan

Can top with 1 1/2 c crushed corn flakes.
