Swedish Pancakes
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cups sifted flour
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
Beat eggs til thik and lemon-coloured. Stir in milk. Sift in dry ingredients, mixin till smooth. Drop batter by tablespoons onto moderately hot butered frying pan. Spread batter evenly by tipping pan to make thin cakes. Turn when underside is ligth bronw. To with fruit, jams and yogart or whipped cream.
