Fried Rice
Side Dishes
1/4 c melted butter
1.5 c rice
3 c water and 3 chicken bouillon cubes
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 jar artichoke hearts, chopped
mushrooms, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Cook rice and butter at 375 until lightly browned. Add water and boullion. Turn electric skillet to 225 and cook for 45 minutes with the vent closed. When fluffy, add onions, artichokes, mushrooms, water chestnuts and pepper to taste. Cover and wait 5 minutes.
