Zucchini-Feta Cheese Bake

1 T olive oil
1/2 c diced onions
3 c zucchini, cut into 1/2 in. slices
1 c tomatoes, diced
1/2 t pepper
8 oz crumbled Feta cheese
1/4 c seasoned bread crumbs
3 cloves garlic
1 T dried oregano
Heat oil. Add onions, garlic and oregano and saute 2 minutes. Add zucchini and sature 2 more minutes. Add tomatoes and pepper. Pour into 1.5 quart casserole. Combine cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle over veggies. Bake uncovered 350 F for 15 minutes or until topping is golden.
