Creamed Corn
Side Dishes
1 lb frozen corn
8-12 oz heavy whipping cream
1.5 T butter
1.5 T flour
1/2 t salt
2 T sugar
3 T parmesan cheese
Simmer corn in cream. Mix butter and flour to make a paste, add to corn. Add salt, sugar and parmesan. Heat until thickens.
