Olive-Stuffed Cheese Balls

2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c sifted flour
1/2 t. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 to 1/4 t. red pepper
10 oz small stuffed green olives

Mix cheese and butter well. Stir in flour and spices. Take small ball of dough and flatten with hand. Wrap it around well drained olive, making a ball of dough with olive inside. Freeze until ready to use. Bake at 400 directly from freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
