Turkey-Brie Sandwiches with Peach Chutney

CHUTNEY
1/3 c peach preserves
1/2 c chopped, peeled fresh peach
2 t finely chopped green onion
1/2 t balsamic vinegar
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes

SANDWICHES
1/4 mayonnaise
4 rolls (Hoagie or French rolls)
lettuce
8 oz Brie, cut into 1/4-inch slices
8 oz sliced cooked turkey breast

Mix all chutney ingredients together.

Spread may on bottom of rolls.  Layer lettuce, cheese, turkey and ~2T chutney.  Cover with top halves of rolls.
