Turkey-Brie Sandwiches with Spicy Peach Chutney

1/3 c peach preserves
1/2 c chopped and peeled fresh peach
2 T finely chopped green onions
1/2 t balsamic vinegar
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 c mayonnaise
4 (6-8 inch) crusty French rolls, split
4 leaves green leaf lettuce
8 oz. Brie cheese, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
8 oz. sliced turkey (deli)

In small bowl, combine all chutney ingredients.  Stir gently to mix.

Spread mayonnaise evenly onto bottom of rolls.  Top each with lettuce, cheese, turkey and 2 T chutney.  Cover with top halves of rolls.

Makes 4 sandwiches....
