Lemon Garlic Tilapia

4 tilapia filets
3 T fresh lemon juice
1 T butter, melted
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
pinch red pepper
1 t dried parsley
chili powder
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375F.  Spray baking dish with spray.  Rinse tilapia filets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels.  Place filets in baking dish.

Meanwhile, saute garlic, lemon, parsley and red pepper in butter.  Pour over filets.  Bake 10-12 minutes, or until heated through.
