Spaghetti sauce

4 cans tomato paste
4 cans tomato sauce
4 cans diced tomatoes
8 oz mushrooms
   fresh parsley
4-5 cloves garlic (I love garlic)
1 lb hamburger
4 Italian sausage links
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil (I just put enough to saute parsley and garlic)
heaping palm full of oregano, basil, 
pinch of sugar

Cook meat in separate pan until brown. While meat is cooking, chop up a chopper full ( about a half cup when chopped) of parsley. Saute parsley and garlic in olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 5 hours. Stir often.
