Honey-Curry Baked Chicken
Entree

chicken (4-6 breasts or 6-8 thighs, or whole chicken cut into pieces)
2 T butter, melted
1/2 c honey
1/4 c dijon mustard
1 t salt
1 t garlic salt
2 t curry powder
1/4 t cayenne

Preheat oven to 350F. 

Place chicken in shallow baking pan (8x8 or 9x13, depending on how much chicken you are cooking).  Combine butter and rest of ingredients.  Pour the mixture over the chicken.  Bake for 1 h - 1 h 15 min.  (Check with meat thermometer for doneness.)  

Serve over pasta or rice.
