Mahi-Mahi Sliders
mahi mahi filet
grated parmesan

romaine lettuce
roma tomatoes
tartar sauce
Hawaiian buns

Cut mahi mahi into portions that will fit easily on the buns.  Dip into egg, then a combination of breadcrumbs and parmesan.  Fry in EVOO until cooked through and crispy and brown on the outside. 

Put fish on a bun.  Top with romaine lettuce, tomatoes and tartar sauce. 

Yummy as an appetizer too!
