Zucchini Rounds
Appetizer
1 lb. zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
4 T minced green onions
4 T minced parsley
2 T minced basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c mayo
1 c bread crumbs
3 T butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375.  Place zucchini on baking sheet.  Blend onions, parsley, basil, garlic, Parm. cheese and mayo in small bowl.  Spread onto each round.  Mix bread crumbs & butter and top each slice w/1 t of crumb mixture.  Bake until golden brown.
