Fresh Apple Cake

2 t cinnamon
3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
4 c diced apples (not peeled)
1 c chopped nuts

1 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
2 T warm milk

Mix and set aside cinnamon, flour, sugar, soda and salt.  Beat together egg & oil.  Add to mixture.  It will be dry and crumbly.  Add apples and nuts.  Pour in a greased and floured bundt pan.  Bake at 325 for one hour.

Cool completely.  Mix glaze together.  Pour over cake and serve.
