1 box lasagne
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c water
1 sm. container ricotta cheese
1 mozzarella cheese ball
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 zucchini
sliced mushrooms
~1 lb. ground turkey

Cook spinach and squeeze out excess water.  Steam zucchini until just done.  Grate mozzarella.  Set aside.  Heat spaghetti sauce and stir in water.

In 13x9x2 pan:
1.  Spoon sauce on bottom of dish and spread out in a thin layer.
2.  Place uncooked noodles across dish.
3.  Spread sauce over noodles.
4.  Layer spinach, zucchini and ground turkey on top.
5.  Spread ricotta and mozzarella over.

Repeat above layers again (#2-5).  End with a layer of noodles and sauce.  Cover with foil.  Bake 375 for 45 minutes-1 hour.
