Chicken tomato alfredo
1 T butter
1 med onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1/2 c milk
1 c diced canned tomatoes
1 lb cooked chicken or fresh fish (halibut)
4 c hot cooked linguini
Heat butter and saute onion until tender. Add soup, milk and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Add chicken to warm or add fish too cook. Cook until ready. Serve over pasta.
