Sirloin Salad
Entree
Dressing:
1 T butter
1 c finely chopped onion
2 T sugar
1/3 c olive oil
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1 t soy sauce
1/8 t salt
1/8 t pepper

3/4 lb sirloin, cooked, cooled and thinly sliced

Salad:
lettuce
plum tomatoes
cucumbers
feta cheese
Heat butter until melted. Add onion, cook 15-20 minutes or until soft. Sprinkle with sugar and cook, stirring, for 7-10 minutes. Cool. Add rest of ingredients. Serve dressing at room temperature.
