Pizza Dough
Entree
1 envelope active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup lukewarm water (95-105 degrees)
3 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
Activate yeast in lukewarm water and sugar.

Meanwhile, add flour and salt to food processor with dough blade. Pulse to mix.

While running add yeast mixture and olive oil. Should form a ball in the food procesor.

Turn out on floured cutting board and kneed for 3 to 5 minutes. Let rest for 30 minutes in an oiled bowl covered with a cloth. Punch down and repeat kneed/ rest cycle.

Spread dough either by stretching or rolling into a 12 inch circle.
