White Chili
Entree
1 T salad oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t gr. cumin
2 whole chickens, skinned + cubed in 1 in chunks
1 can (16-19 oz) white (cannellini) beans
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 12 oz can white corn, drained
2 - 4 oz cans chopped mile green chillies
2 chicken flavor boullion cubes
hot pepper sauce
1/4 c shredded monteray jack cheese
1 1/2 hours before serving:

1. In saucepan in hot oil cook onion, garlic and cumin til onion is tender

2. In 2 1/2 qt casserole combine remaining ingredients (except cheese) and 1 1/2 c water. Cover casserole bake 50 to 60 minutes.

3. Serve wth parsley, hotsauce and shredded cheese.
