Pork Chops with Shallot Mustard Sauce
2 pork chops 3/4 in thick
1/2 c shallots
1/2 c mushrooms
2 T butter
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c mustard
2 T cream
3 t lemon juice

salt and pepper
Salt and pepper chops. Brown them in a frying pan. Remove

Saute shallots and mushrooms in butter. Add broth, let cook for 2 minutes. Add mustard and cream. Boil. Add lemon juice.

Return chops to pan and simmer 5 minutes or until done.
