1 small can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
2 c. ricotta cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. mozarrella
sausage, cooked and cut into small pieces
1/4 c. parmesan (for topping)
Beat eggs, ricotta cheese and spinach. Add salt and 1/4 c. parmesan cheese.

Mix can of tomatoes, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce together.

Grease 9x13 pan. Cover with sauce. Layer half the noodles, half the cheese-spinach mixure, 1/2 the sausage, 1/2 c. mozzerella and half the tomato sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. paremsan. Cover dish with lightly greased sheet of alum foil. Bake 350 for 60 minutes. Serves 8....
