Vegetable Lasagna
1 small can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 jar Spahetti Sauce
2 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. paremsan cheese
1 pkg of no cook lasagna noodles
1/2 c. mozarrella
1 small can tomatoes, 1 sm. can tomato sauce, 1 pkg Spahetti Sauce Mix

Beat 2 eggs and 2 c. ricotta cheese. Add 1 pkg. frozen spinach, 1/2 t. salt and 1/4 c. paremsan cheese. Grease 13 x 9 pan. Cover with sauce. Layer half the noodles, half chees-spinach mixure, 1/2 c. mozarrella and half the tomato sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with 1/4 c. paremsan. Cover dish with lightly greased sheet of alum foil. Bake 350 for 60 minutes. Serves 8....
