Artichoke Dip
14 oz. artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c soft goat cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Mix together and stir well. Bake 350F for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers (wheat thins).
