Fruit Salsa
Appetizer
Salsa:
1 c finely chopped strawberries
1 med orange, peeled and finely chopped
2 lg. or 3 sm. kiwi, finely chopped
1/2 c crushed pineapple
1/4 c thinly sliced green onion
1/4 c yellow pepper, finely chopped
1 T lime (or lemon) juice
1 jalapeno, finely chopped

Chips:
tortillas
butter
cinnamon sugar
Stir all ingredients together. Chill.

To make chips: cut tortillas into eighths. Brush on melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 350F for 5-10 minutes. Stores for 4 days or can be frozen for 3 weeks.
