Bounsin Cheese Spread
2 8oz packages of cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbsp Fresh chives (or 1/2 Tbsp dried)
2 Tbsp Fresh Dill (or 1/2 Tbsp Dill weed)
1 clove garlic, finely minced (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
Salt and pepper to taste
Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer until thoroughly blended. Spoon mixture into a small serving bowl or line a 2 cup mold with foil and spoon in the mixture. Cover and refrigerate. If you used the mold, turn out onto a serving plate and peel off the foil. Serve with crackers or bread.

You can make this up to 4 days ahead – make it ahead for better flavor.
